Firefly operates a network of Internet-Connected Digital Screens on taxis and rideshares in the most impactful markets in the US; thereby serving location and time-dependent advertising and content for brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Salesforce, Lyft, Puma, Adidas, United Airlines, and many others.Firefly is looking for Senior Account Executives based in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. The senior sales positions are responsible for pitching and selling Firefly's products to current and prospective clients through agencies, direct clients and programmatic channels with new business as a core responsibility. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with exceptional relationships, high energy, and a structured solution selling process to fit Firefly's category-defining medium. Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify, uncover and develop account opportunities inside assigned Holding CompanyIdentify the advertising needs of clients and prospects in order to develop new revenue opportunitiesManage the RFP process and record data and activity within SalesforceDevelop and deliver custom sales presentations and proposalsMeet and/or exceed targeted monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives Knowledge and ExperienceAbility to sell at all levels including C-Level positionsDemonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre and post-salesExperience selling in the OOH and/or digital advertising ecosystemUnderstanding of programmatic channelsAbility to understand products and effectively identify how it can provide value to a prospective customerWell organized, exceptional communication and presentation skills; effective communicator/presenter to groups of all sizes and levels of managementPreferred Qualifications10+ years' experience in digital media, OOH, or relevant media sales experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience leveraging data and analytics in sales processGood working knowledge of the OOH industry Self-motivated, standout colleague, action-and-results orientedBachelor's degree Must be authorized to work in the United StatesFirefly Is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
