Job Summary
Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee a variety of tasks, carry out construction projects, and perform maintenance of buildings and facilities at multiple Hirschbach locations across the US.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains and operates all HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.
- Performs ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, other installed systems and painting.
- Responds to emergencies; develops and submits summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommends actions to be taken.
- Supports any after-hour building needs and activities as required.
- Orders supplies for facilities.
- Oversees cleaning crew.
Preferred Experience
- High School diploma and applicable Certifications
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
