In this new world, Roku has re-written the rules of modern advertising, and we are looking for great Account Executives who can partner with brands and show them how to best leverage this new advertising platform.This position will be a strategic sales lead responsible for generating ad sales revenue within the automotive vertical, focusing on new & growth accounts with an end-to-end focus. Additionally, you will own key client-direct relationships for top automotive category clients nationally and support our larger sales organization. This role will provide a vertical focus from a dedicated expert that has deep endemic knowledge of the auto space and high level client relationships. A background in digital video, digital and programmatic advertising as well as a deep knowledge of the automotive vertical is requiredAbility to develop a sales strategy and business plan to help drive new revenue streams for the ad business. Ideally you have worked in a digital start-up environment and are familiar with the required dedication for long hours, fast paced/multi-tasking duties, and thrives on uncertainty. This is a crucial hire for Roku and an incredible opportunity for the right candidate looking to advance their career with a market leader in an exploding category.What you'll be doing Develop strategy and positioning for the automotive vertical, and work with cross-functional sales teams on execution to help maximize revenue around our offering.
